  We tried a lot of poke bowls on Kauai, and believe this may be the best of all. The portions were substantial, prices were very reasonable, and the taste...oh, the taste was extraordinary. Tucked away on the side of the Chin Young Village in Hanalei, this modest food truck had a build-your-own style to their poke bowls. We had plenty of choices of ingredients and spiciness, but our chef made some excellent recommendations. It helped that we were starving from six hours of vigorous hiking, but I don't think we've ever had a better meal on the islands.
